Positive: Everything was perfect! Starting with communication. We received detailed instructions as well as a video recording of how to park the car in the garage and how to enter the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location, in the very center of Arco. Everything is new inside. The kitchen is well equipped, and has absolutely everything you need. The living room has a big window, with access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of Arco Castle. We especially liked the very comfortable bed. Snacks, water, fruit and sweets were also waiting for us. The whole place was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It was a real pleasure to spend time in Nicholas' apartment. If you need a good place to rest, we highly recommend Benini Holidays: Villa San Pietro

Positive: We are very happy with our decision to stay in Arco and in this convenient apartment. We arrived late and hungry, and we found some fruit snacks and wine waiting for us. The host was very friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to check in. It's unbelievable how this modern apartment, with its big and convenient parking, can be just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful old town. Also, right around the corner is a fairly large grocery store. The apartment is very cozy, with an exceptional view from the terrace. In the apartment, we found a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the equipment needed for making our own food. What is very important to us is that the sheets and towels were of very high quality, and we also found extra towels for changing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with options of memory foam or simple. Overall, if we return, we will definitely choose this apartment again.
