Positive: Nice Lodge Hotel near Kulen National Park, we just used as an overnight as it is nearer the Airport than within Siem Reap. Our Bungalow was great set on a pond with all you need it does have a Mosquito net which is needed remember to put it down early? Staff were lovely and helpful and cleanliness standards good. It looks like rather an Eco Tourism resort with small scale farming and some animals on site. Absolute bonus was a lovely cooling wind coming from the Mountains behind. The restaurant is good with some signature dishes. Would stay again.

Negative: Rooms need to be made more mosquito proof, there were too many gaps in walls and doors and in the Bathroom? The net over the bed was definitely needed? Other than that a great place to stay

Negative: The water was interrupted and intermittent due to issues, so the showers were often interrupted multiple times. There were noises from within the walls (termites or mice) which kept us up. Other then this - all lovely

Positive: It's closer to the airport than Siem Reap (though only by about 30 mins as it turns out), we stayed here the night before our flight home to avoid a super early start the next day. The hosts kindly organised an airport transfer for us for the next day (US$25). The accomodation itself seemed reasonably priced and included breakfast, which was quite nice. order off menu rather than buffet, with mix of western an Khmer options. The staff were helpful and very accomodating (though most of them don't speak english and even the one that did could only manage a little) - we ended up arriving 5 mins before check in closed due to an earlier storm and there was still someone there to greet us. Bed seemed to be a memory foam slab, but was more comfortable than the hard inner spring mattress I slept on in Siem Reap.

Negative: In fairness to the venue, I will preface by saying we stayed in off season, and actually I'm fairly certain we were the only guests there at the time, so they probably weren't operating at full capacity. It's probably much nicer in peak season, but i wouldn't recommend staying here of outside then. Based on the photos this place looks amazing, luxurious almost, but they only tell half the story. It's basically a farm with accomodation attached. The ambient noise from the wildlife at night was surprisingly loud, and contrary to the room descriptions on the site, they are not sound proofed, or even properly sealed from the outside air. Bring ear plugs if you don't want to be woken at 4am by crowing roosters. When we first arrived we were shown to a room that was nothing like the pictures - bare except for the bed and small table, with no glass in the windows and no insect netting for the bed. It also happened to be right next to a large stagnant pond which screamed mosquito breeding ground. While we were in the middle of freaking out about that, the staff member came back with our receipt and we had to show the pictures from the website to ask where the insect netting was. He ended up moving us to another room which looked more like the picture, but I don't know why they didnt put us there in the first place given there were no other guests - or how they thought it was even acceptable to put someone in a room that was basically open air and next to standing water in summer. The shower was barely serviceable, one of the wall mounted units with hose attachment, but the head on it made only sharp piercing jets that were verging on painful to feel on the skin. The water was lukewarm at best. There's no sealed paths between the (lovely) front dining area and the bungalows, so we had to trek down muddy vehicle access ways to our room thanks to the recent rain.

Summary: Lovely people, but the accomodation was not really what we were expecting,

Positive: A countryside, rustic, remote but peaceful location with nice restaurant and relatively close to the new Siem Reap Airport. It would be nice for a retreat for a few days. Food was enjoyable. They are a relatively new operation, trying hard to please with some learning ongoing. There is nothing much nearby in terms of eating but the hotel restaurant has a reasonable choice and not overly expensive.

Negative: Beds are very hard for western tastes. A fridge in the room would be useful. The restaurant had limited supplies of alcohol - e.g. just two bottles of white wine available - no more when our group requested.

Summary: Peaceful, rustic retreat reasonably close to the new Siem Reap AirPort.

Positive: We missed our flight then we found such a great beautiful place close to the airport by 15mn. The room are great and well set-up. staff speak english. restaurant on side nice open till 9pm. thank to the team for organize the driver to bring us back to the airport. will spend few more days visit this place and the temples nearby again next time.

Positive: Very Close to the airport that we can wait for our early flight. hotel staff speak good english and well take care. Cold towel and pineapple juice are very fresh after a long ride from the city center. breakfast was include and they also help us the taxi to bring us back to airport. will stay longer next time.
