Positive: The Vietnamese owner seemed very fair and reliable to me all the time, and very friendly in person. Should I need to stay at this location at Chodov again, I would probably chose this place again, unless I would become a bit more rich :) The place seems to be focused on mid-term stay of Vietanmese people, which I found a positive aspect (much lower risk of partying and/or drunk youngsters than at shared accommodations downtown). While the common areas are not esthetic, the room was really nice and big (given the price), and heating seemed safe and sufficient. Plus some historical value given that this is a former villa of rich people, later it might be a post office I heard.

Negative: The bathroom and showers are a bit ugly, but I totally understand that it is good this way for most of the people (as they need as low price as poss. rather than esthetics). They provided different sizes plastic slippers so there is no need to be worried about a bit of mold (fungus) unless you are allergic to it (I saw this mold at many other places in this price cathefory both in and outside Prague). But other than that, I disliked just that my neighbour kept a dog locked in the room alone, and the dog was really barking loud when I was entering and leaving the room during the day, but was luckily quiet all night.

Positive: There was fantastic communication with staff. I appreciate self check-in. The room was clear. Public transport is possible because of metro and near here is for example Opatov stop and shopping mall Westfield Chodov.

Negative: No problem.

Positive: Bathroom was big. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Negative: Kitchen was not equiped with anything. There was not any glass, plate or cutlery. Isolation between rooms was minimal, you could hear what your neigbor was doing. During night light came in to the room from various directions.
