Summary: Jeffrey was excellant. The swimming pool was clean and beautifully located. Under new management i did feel there was no one around when there was a problem. It needed someone on sight to sort things out. The standard rooms were also on the small side. We thought we had booked a bungalow.

Summary: Loved it here, our room was a bit small but ok as we had a large patio. Its a lovely quiet place to stay, with a lovely swimming pool and gardens. It is outside of Knysna.

Summary: More staff is needed in The Bell Tavern. Staff were excellent but were not able to keep up with the volume. Due to the lack of staff at the Bell Tavern, the food often came out over an hour after we ordered. Neither the TV in the living room or the bedroom worked. Overall though the stay was wonderful and the location is beautiful.
