Positive: Good place, at the start of a hiking path. Interiors are nice, personal was very welcoming and they allowed me to use wellness even when I did not pay for it.

Negative: - Blood stain on pillow! - Damaged towels with label "For staff", therefore it was not for clients. - Dirty carpets - Damaged LED lights in the bathroom (they were flashing)

Negative: Due to the fact that I am a demanding client, I would welcome the reconstruction of the rooms at this hotel, as the tooth of time is already apparent and the price per room is relatively higher.

Positive: The views, the polite and friendly staff, the outdoor pool.

Negative: The accomodation did not reflect 4 stars. No room cleaning, shower dirty and blocked and when I asked for it to be fixed a very half hearted attempt to fix it happened. To get things such as cushions, towels was complicated and at extra pay. They seem to be running out of towels, bathrobes, sauna sheets, wellness entry cards and so on constantly.
