Located directly on the banks of the Catawba River, (Lake Wylie) this newly remodeled 2-Bedroom, 1-Bath Garden Suite is less than 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Belmont, National Whitewater Center and Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. It's also convenient to everything in Charlotte the Airport (10 Min.) Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars (20 Min.), Concord Mills Mall/Premium Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway (30 Min.) and Crowders Mountain State Park via major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77).
The Space:
GARDEN SUITE FEATURES:
Very Private – Located at the end of a Cul de Sac with water on three sides.
No Hassle keypad Access Check In
Sleeps up to 4 Guests. (1 King, 1 Queen)
Entire Suite is On One Level – No Stairs. It is located below the main house and there is not access to the main house and the main house
Has no access.
Amazing Views of Catawba River from multiple vantage points including from both inside and outside the Garden Suite.

NOTE: Full-Time tenant (not the property owner) lives in unit above Garden Suite, so you may hear slight foot traffic and/or muffled voices above occasionally.
Guest have access to all areas on the grounds including Waterfront Pier and Dock, Waterfront Fire Pit and Select Kayaks/Paddles (user assumes all risk and agrees to provide own PDF - Personal Flotation Device/Life Preserver).

A push button key pad is located on the front door of the Suite . To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner and when it lights up
put your code in. Please wait until the lock has opened to open the door. You will receive the lock code 48 hours prior to check in. If you dont have a code

Located at the end of a very private Cul de sac and directly on the waterfront of Lake Wylie. Less than 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Belmont, National Whitewater Center and Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens and also convenient to everything Charlotte including the Airport, Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars, Concord Mills Mall/Premiere Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Crowders Mountain State Park.
Getting Around:
Extremely convenient to three major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77). Kayak/Canoe from out front yard to the National Whitewater Center just a few miles up the Catawba River. Great nature/walking/hiking experience at Iswa Nature Preserve less than one-mile away.

Summary: We enjoyed a lovely stay at this peaceful waterfront location, which was a welcome & restful landing for our very eventful weekend. It was comfy, cozy, and serene. Awesome beds & ample pillows helped us get good rest after all our activities. Bonus points for great bird watching in the backyard overlooking the River! Host communicated quickly, and effectively, and was friendly too.

Summary: This was the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. The space was cozy & clean. It was a little too cold for us to use the outdoor space, but the view of the water was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: I rented this property specifically for its outdoor features it presents which did not disappoint ❤️!!! Coming from up north Michigan I spent every moment I could soaking up warm sun, green grass in my toes and time by the river. The lighted bonfire & small 2 person deck in the yard at night plus the dock lights, made me feel safe out at night while looking at stars. The king size bed was incredibly comfy!!! My son and daughter-in-law said the same about their queen bed. The linens were crisp and clean. I will say, owning a cleaning service, the toilet, microwave, along with the grill was not at all properly cleaned, and I did have what I think was the washer drain out onto the floor. This created a water spill from behind the fridge, into the living room and a bit into the hallway. I'm sure Mike had this taken care of immediately though. He was very attentive! Overall, a lovely stay!
