Positive: The location is great and the apartment is well thought out. The beds are comfortable. The TVs are modern. Having the balcony in warmer weather would have been amazing as the views looked lovely. It is a really great base for a stay in Hautvillers.

Negative: The stairs to the top bedroom are quite steep and you have to use them to use the toilet at night. It was a very cold day and it took a while to warm the apartment up. The lock on the front door is quite hard to open.

Positive: The location is very good, the little house is in very good condition there is new and clean facilities. The master bedroom had very good views. Really close to the main champagne producers. There is a very well stocked, Leclerc in Dizy only up the road if you need supplies. Highly recommended.

Negative: The parking is a little tricky to access if you have a large car, thankfully we had only a small one. The place to park the car is not clearly defined and I had a neighbour, telling me where to park it.

Summary: Elegant small house with great views in the heart of the Champagne region.

Positive: The location was spot on for a visit to Hautvillers. Belle-Vue was a lovely apartment, very clean, spacious & well looked after. The second bedroom on the top floor was spectacular with an amazing balcony catching the sun in the morning. I'd definitely go back.

Negative: If I was to be picky, it would have been good to have another mirror & as we spent evenings in the apartment cooking a few more utensils.

Positive: It was the perfect location and in the most lovely village. The place was spacious and easy to access. The area was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Due to off season we were grateful of a beautiful space to cook and enjoy with most places being closed at night.
