Summary: We have visited this hotel many times, some with our children who liked to go clubbing. We have returned alone to the hotel as it is positioned perfectly for us. You can easily walk to the town or to the bay(although parts of the bay are derelict) Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean and tidy all the time. We noticed this time that some of the stair carpets are a bit worn now and do stand out. This trip is as always home from home. However, some of the younger clientele forget that they are staying in a hotel and when a little worse for wear makes lots of noise at ridiculous times of the night/ morning. This would not bother us except we were getting up for an early flight home but were disturbed for a couple of hours well before we needed to be up!!! This is was not great.

Summary: There was no bath robe or slippers in the room, no iron, had to pay €20 for deposit, there was only 1 socket on 1 side of the bed to charge your phone for 2 people sharing a room, jaccuzzi wasnt hot, was just luke wsrm, steam room wasnt working, massage bed wasnt working either. One of the staff said everything is working in the spa area but it wasnt.

Summary: The hotel is of a very high standard and good value for money. The staff, especially the Restaurant Manager, are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You couldn’t want for more. The food is delicious. Such a wide variety of choice for breakfast and dinner. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely come back again.
