Positive: The property was in an excellent location. All facilities were as described. There was plenty of hot water. The accommodation was very comfortable. The host was on hand via telephone for any issues.

Negative: There was a slight damp smell in the master bathroom and bedroom. But no signs of damp or mould anywhere. I think maybe it is an old building?

Positive: the location and overall size and layout were really great, we were very happy. the roof top was a huge bonus, and we were able to all stay comfortably in the flat with plenty of communal space to enjoy drinks or relax in the morning and evenings.

Negative: one of the beds was not particularly comfortable - 2 were fine but the 3rd was not.

Summary: amazing, spacious flat with beautiful roof area and communal spaces!

Positive: Fantastic location, and the property was extremely spacious and well setup. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice, and all the furniture and bedding were high quality and comfortable. Easy to get into and out of. Would be really nice for a longer stay.

Negative: Was a little difficult getting ahold of the property owner as we approached Barcelona, causing some concern. However, they later explained they were having phone problems - so is not a big deal and all worked out well in the end.

Summary: Would happily stay there again, it was a great property and nicely setup.
