Positive: The location, the overall look and facilities.

Negative: There weren't many vegetarian options, not many fruit and veggies either; the staff was more preoccupied with catering to older guests' needs and there was a rather obvious difference in the way we were treated compared to them. The rooms were big, but the beds were very creaky and not comfortable at all; the walls were also very thin and you could easily hear other guests' snoring. There was the occasional sewer smell in the bathroom and last morning we didn't have any hot water. Unfortunately, the spa facilities could also be improved, the place is beautiful, but lacking a lot of maintenance work. Overall, the price for value ratio is not satisfactory, this resort is a 10 minute drive from the town, but the prices are way higher, especially given the offered services. I really cannot recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately, nor will we be coming back.

Positive: Had a great time, very good value for money! The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful, loved the pools (clean but not overly clorinated), good dining, room was spacious, really nothing to complain.

Positive: - the staff is amazing - the hotel location is a big plus - the dinner - the gardens were pretty well maintained

Negative: I’ve been here last year and unfortunately I didn’t see many improvements. I saw things that could have been improved without much investment. Here are my observations: - at the entrance many pieces of tiles were unstick - the indoor SPA area didn’t seem very clean, in summer it gets really hot and hard to breath, it would be best to be more airy and maintenance documented (when was the water changed, what substances are added for maintainence, etc.) - the tap/shower water contained a lot of chemicals - maybe it is needed as the water in the area is not that good, but it dried my skin a bit - the doorknob was loose, I had to keep my clothes for one week on the coffee table and on the bed because there is no closet, but a hanger with a tiny drawer, the carpet of the room was discoloured - and didn’t feel clean with bear foots - the bathroom was dirty: the mirrors from the drawer were full of flies dirt plus poorly cleaned, the tiles are dark in colour but if watching them in the light they are crazy dirty, the shower poorly cleaned plus it was stinky because of the sewage
