Positive: Bella vita is perfect location. 15 mins walk from Bellagio in a peaceful and most beautiful area. Across the road from the lake and San Geovani ferry and gorgeous park. Cobbled small streets with a cafe where locals sit and enjoy a morning coffee. We had our 2 boys age 16 and 10 they loved the lake. Thanks Paola and Alfie for your lovely welcome and tips for our stay!

Positive: Great location in Bellagio, it’s quiet and close to the beach & St. Giovanni but about 20 mins into the main town. The hosts were incredibly helpful (and kind, they left us a cute surprise for our honeymoon) and offered great selections even before we arrived/helped when needed. Very cute little apartment as well, all the amenities!

Positive: The hosts are very pleasant. They answer questions quickly and politely. Help where possible. The apartment very quiet and pleasant location, not in the city center but definitely in a comfortable and stunning place close to the lake. There are several restaurants and cafes around. The pool is shared with other accommodation apartments in the complex. There is private parking.

Negative: The apartment is located on the second floor. The mattresses were not comfortable for us (spring mattresses) the pool

Positive: The property was a very decorated cutely, paying attention to minor things. It was a very spacious apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex. We initially had trouble finding the apartment as it was the opposite building to the one shown in the picture near the pool, with green doors and windows. The living area with kitchenette was spacious and bright with lots of windows. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good and very very clean. There were multiple sun roofs which we could open, giving a bright feel. The washer and dryer was also good with a drying rack. We were provided some pasta and groceries and we loved making our own dinner. The hosts were lovely and made us feel at home with recommendations on what to do around Bellagio. The 2 bedrooms were spacious with a lot of storage wardrobes. We felt bad leaving the place and wanted to stay a day or two longer but unfortunately the property was sold out.

Negative: The property was 2 floors above and there was no lift, so we had to carry all our things with us. Also, check in was offered a little late at 3 pm and check out was early around 10 am, though we checked out at 11 am. Apart from this, we had no other problem at all.

Summary: Very clean 2 bedroom on 2nd floor, good location & lovely hosts

Negative: Could do with slightly bigger beds - singles really only suit children.
