Positive: This is a delightful cottage in a very nice part of the country. There's a nice garden at the front with a table well-shielded from the road by a tall hedge. Great for eating outdoors. The cottage has been nicely modernised and had everything we needed. Seaside towns and delightful villages are all nearby, and there are nice walks on the doorstep.

Negative: The space is a little cramped, not unusual for older properties. There is just about room for tall people to sit around the table in the living/dining room but it does compromise access to and from the kitchen. Not an insuperable problem. Luckily the weather was mostly good so we ate outside.

Summary: Lovely Norfolk cottage near the sea.

Negative: Needs a couple finishing touches with paint, around radiators, hinges ext. Also spelling mistake on toilet sign. Septic not sceptic tank.

Summary: Loved it, was so peaceful, neighbour was also very helpful. Can't wait to go again

Positive: We loved Bella's cottage. It was perfect for us (2 adults and a 3 year old). The cottage is really well equipped and well located. The neighbour told us about the safe path to walk along the river and straight to the Red Lion Pub and Stiffkey Stores. Wells next the Sea is so close by and we had loads of fun at the Roarrr park about a 40 min drive away and on the mini train at Wells. I was apprehensive about the parking situation as I read that the off road parking was on a first come first serve basis, but actually, it was just easier for us to park on Greenway and it wasn't an issue at all. I would love to return.

Negative: With a toddler, I would have appreciated an earlier check in time than 5pm, just so that we could get settled and iron out any issues with the cottage, if need be, before bed time. I received an email which said that they couldn't accommodate an earlier check in, so I didn't bother to ask.

Negative: My only quibble would be the late check in. 5pm feels much later on a cold, dark December night
