Positive: The location is great, although it is far away - around 3km, from the citi centre, it is located in peaceful district, with the view on the bay, in the area of villas, Spar is 5min walking distance and there is a bus stop located very close to the house that goes to the centre. House has all the required equipmnent needed to cook the food. It has a big table ane chairs where you can take a rest in the evening. The furniture is a oldfashioned but it is clearly visible in the pictures so no issue with that.

Negative: Due to the close location to the bay, there are a lot of mosqitos and there is no air conditioning which is making hard to sleep during the night. One of the biggest disadvantage was that the house was not well cleaned. The fridge was dirty and there were some plastic botles inside with some liquid leftover. All the surfaces were a bit sticky. Cleaning needs to be improved.

Negative: the property showing and furniture are showing old age, sometimes hot water is not sufficient when having a shower, the bed mattresses are made from cushion and are not comfortable

Positive: Lovely holiday villa with absolutely stunning views from the front terrace and balcony. Excellent location, close to attractions of Alcudia but tucked away in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.
