Positive: This home is absolutely stunning. The pool is phenomenal. The location perfect. Secret beach is 15 min North, the city is 15 min south by golf cart. The grocery store being 2 min away was super handy. For sailing and deep sea fishing we were picked up at the Villas dock - could not have been easier. When we didn't want to cook, Cocoa beach a couple minutes away was easy and gorgeous as well!!!

Negative: The beach at the villas is more or less nonexistent currently - it's mud more than sand. However, the views are amazing, the hamocks very relaxing. The hot tub is great.

Summary: An absolutely amazing vacation!!!

Positive: David, who checked us in, was wonderful. He was attentive to our many requests, including arranging accommodations for more guests/family than anticipated. Additionally, a family member showed up with their dog, unbeknownst to us that they were bringing it along. David handled it well by allowing the dog to remain with its family overnight AND providing us with contact information for a boarding kennel for their remaining stay. Daily texts to ask if there was anything needed was to be expected and appreciated.

Negative: A major drawback and disappointment was the food service at the facility. Food selection was limited at best. Service was extremely slow, despite the limited number of guests during breakfast and lunch. The usual wait was an hour for food to get on the table. Despite being friendly, the wait staff requires additional training relative to taking drinks and food orders, presentation of the food, and circling back to ensure that the order was accurate and that we were satisfied with the order. That rarely happened., For these reasons, I rate this area as 4 out of 10. The pool was ok to cool off in, but certainly not to swim in. This was also a drawback.

Positive: The property was beautiful! Our villa was clean and comfortable and had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The smell of seagrass was sometimes very overpowering. I was also disappointed with the beach at the resort. The water was brown. I suppose you could swim in there, but we didn’t want to.

Positive: Loved it all, pool, facility, grounds, all beautiful and impeccably kept!

Negative: The only thing was the drive through the trees at night before actually entering the property. Very dark and rough.

Summary: It was wonderful! Will highly recommend to everyone. Your staff is A-one, all so friendly and helpful and so courteous.

Negative: Seaweed was not touched until five days after arrival and cleaning schedule was non-existent.. as in not explained .

Summary: 6- 8 year olds enjoyed swimming without floaties as pool was mostly shallow. Food was nearby.
