Positive: If you have a car, this is the perfect location to visit Punta Gorda and surrounding areas! It is a 2-5 drive to anywhere in town and a 30 min- 1 hour drive to anything you'd want to see that is touristy in the Toledo district. We chose this location because we did not want to go home to something touristy at night. We had the entire estate and a very clean pool all to ourselves. When we went into town for groceries or restaurants, we seemed to be the only tourists. The best part was the balcony! It has a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every morning.

Summary: Secluded, beautiful, restful, but close to everything we needed.
