Positive: Yulie is the best host I ever had on my travels so far! Her welcoming, loving and funny character made it easy for me to feel immediately like home! We spent a lot of time together, I mer her friends and family and she cooked for me without asking😍. The facilities are okay and also the location is okay. There‘s a kitchen with good equipment, free drinking water, AC in the dormitory, scooter rental, laundry shops close by and grab available in the city.

Negative: The hostel is in the middle of the town and next to the road. Good accessable and also bit loud. No windows in the dormitory

Positive: Above all, the owner is incredible! She did everything she could to help and please me. Once I told her I was going to the Kaolin lake (just outside the city), then few minutes later she put me in her car and took me there. Because I couldn’t find any vegetarian restaurant, she also took me to one. And even more: made and appointment for me in a dental clinic and drove me there. She also knows everything about the attractions and gave me valuable tips. All my gratitude to her. I was alone in a spacious dormitory, with two toilets and showers attached, what was very comfortable

Negative: The only downside was that the toilets didn’t have any sink, but I can’t complain after being helped so much by the owner

Positive: Yulie was amazing, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, I had multiple dinners with her family and we event went to a karaoke bar. She really looked after me during my stay! I had such a great time 🥰🥰🥰 her family and friends are lovely people.

Positive: I really liked the owner's hospitality. She really went out of her way for me to find tour and everything. Breakfast is also available. Also, she looked out for me as a solo traveler. I had a great time in Belitung thanks to her and will definitely stay again here if I get a chance.

Positive: family run business with good facilities and well placed in the main city. really recommend this as Belitung is still not fully open to tourism an the family will make you feel like home. the family is just great, very kind, attentive and willing to make your stay as smooth as possible
