Positive: It's a quiet place and the management looks ok, because he provided everything I wanted and even went the extra mile to get me food... He's a nice guy

Negative: They shouldn't allow guests to call them first before they get the guests breakfast.. They should make it like a little buffet, though I understand that the rooms aren't many yet.. But breakfast should be served from 8:30 am..
