Summary: We’ve stayed there twice before, but this time was a disappointment. Not one elevator was working … no explanation from management, and no workers working on it the entire time. Had to use a service elevator with long wait times and frustrated guests. Not acceptable for a Wyndham flag property. All this and was charged a “resort fee” for WHAT??? This is not a resort and there are no amenities. Resort fees are for amenities. And this property didn’t even have ONE operable elevator out of 4!! Not one!!! Unacceptable! I would like the resort fee refunded, or it is very unlikely I will ever stay at a Wyndham property again.

Summary: Booked a quick one night stay here and I expected a better experience. With 10 floors I would expect all 4 elevators to work, but unfortunately only 1 elevator was working and only 5 people at a time which caused a long line and wait. When we got to the room it was clean and well maintained, which I love. I just wished that they’d atleast put a small table in the room for their guest to eat on. The ac was blowing very little air and the bathroom does not have a vent which can cause stuffiness. Overall, I’d stay here again if they can get the elevators to work because walking up those stairs was painful

Summary: Only one functional elevator which made getting in or out at busy times a pain. At one point we were all using the service elevator. The staff was nice. Abundant carpet and wall stains detract from feeling of cleanliness. Location was great, especially for pride events and easy access to public transport.

Summary: The stay was good. No complaints. Although I did request a high floor with a view. My view was of the building directly next to us. There was no desk in the room which was troubling since I had work to do. Otherwise, great location, very secure parking!

Summary: Smooth check in , front desk staff very friendly. Ended up needing to stay a bit longer and they had a late check out option which is always great super clean , will re book !

Summary: The carpets were dirty, I counted shower because the setting for shower was broken. I don’t like that they change beddings every other day. Finally saw hair on my comforter. The place is too expensive to have had this type of experience. I was only there one night. I don’t want to imagine those that stayed more than one night. It was truly upsetting because on pictures it looks great until you there then it’s ugly.
