Positive: Clean, modern well decorated apartment, with comfortable beds and a washing machine but no dryer. Underground parking easily accessed from apartment by a lift.

Negative: We had no internet at all during our stay which made planning excursions, researching activities a little tricky. The property managers were very responsive by Whatsapp but, not being on location, they wanted us to stay in and wait for the technician which would have eaten into our 3 night stay. We declined. Also, a little niggle, no toiletries were supplied in the bathrooms even though there were big bottles marked shampoo and wash. When asked the manager said only enough is supplied for the first night!

Summary: Needs a local manager to sort out problems.

Positive: Location and facilities very good. Not straight forward with final part of locating the keys as we were required to send copy passport and selfie before info was provided on key collection. As we only had one device to do this it proved to be very difficult if no good Wi-Fi etc connection. It worked in the end but was an unnecessary problem.

Positive: Modern and well enough equipped. Location so close to the Boardwalk was excellent. Appreciated the underground garage and the elevator directly to our unit.

Negative: For a month stay, living room not super comfortable. Only one rather uncomfortable sofa bed. No easy chairs. Patio furniture not comfortable either. Sheets rather cheap- not fitted and polyester.

Summary: OK but not brilliant.

Positive: lovely apartment and very well equipped

Negative: communal areas dirty and were not cleaned the 10 days we were there! other guests that had been there for longer than us said the same. the pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance which was a real inconvenience and the pool area was not cleaned at all. while the apartment was good the view from our balcony was awful, there were also cracked tiles! bedding wasn't great as the bottom sheet didn't fit and most nights we ended up sleeping on the bare mattress as they had used 2 single sheets instead of a king size!

Positive: Excellent location in a modern apartment complex with quality fixtures, including good TV and kitchen appliances. Very good internet. Weekly cleaning. Comfortable beds. Two good bathrooms (one ensuite). Underground carpark with elevator right to your door.

Negative: Chairs not particularly comfortable for sitting long time. The 'streaming services' advertised are not actually included, so you need to log in with your own in or bring firestick/roku as we did. This works fine. Towels are poor quality, bring your own as well as beach towels of course.

Summary: Modern apartment. Good for up to 4 pax. Excellent location.
