Positive: Covenience and staff member I dealt with was very helpful with my late in the day booking.

Negative: Air conditioning was not working not heating the room which was freezing due to the cold weather. TV was not setup with some channels adudio only.

Summary: Very expensive considering heating and TV issues. Price was similar to Brisbane CBD hotels.
