Negative: Lack bed covers lack of care towards the property windows wouldn't shut black mould all around windows overall not happy with what we paid

Positive: Location was handy for meeting family, it was a quiet area! Very little outside noise.
Negative: Lack of toiletries, stated that there was toiletries but it was one and a half tester tube sized showergel, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Washing liquid was watered down. This was not ideal for 5 people staying. Also no bedding or towel left for the 5th person that was sleeping on sofa bed.

Positive: Key safe entry, property was well equipped and very clean and comfortable, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to town. Local taxi services and local corner shop.
Summary: I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Positive: The property is fully furnished and newly refurbished, comfortable and got all we needed. Near the town centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and we feel safe. The owner was very accessible meaning always promptly replied to my queries.
Negative: Heating is not working in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and kitchen. I did not mind them not working but it was cold and the owner did not provide any portable electric heaters while waiting for someone to sort out the radiators. I was hoping that owner provide the shampoo and the body wash in one as the rest of the accommodation I booked.
Summary: Overall it was a good stay for us. Highly recommend
