Summary: Booked the single room which is quite small but has everything and more that you need first thing i notice was how spotless and fresh smelling the room was bed very comfortable and had a great 2 night stay absolute gem of a place for the price will definitely use again

Summary: Super friendly owner, always open to nice chat. Guesthouse super close to the beach and in walking distance to supermarkets and the metrostation to newcastle. Room small, but clean and comfy with everything you need. Thank you very much!

Summary: I was a woman travelling alone and felt very safe here. I had one breakfast which was delicious and only £8. Plus my room was amazing.

Summary: Throughout my travels in the UK I stayed in a number of hotels and the Beachwood was easily my favorite. Very comfortable beds, amazing location, a great shower (you dont realize how much of a difference it makes till you use a bad one). The owner was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall i would highly recommend this place for any traveler!

Summary: Great guesthouse spotless good facilities including toiletries iron ironing board hair dryer. Ample tea coffee milk biscuits and bottled water. 10 minute walk to the town centre and metro services. Also only 10 minutes from the seafront and all it's amenities. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Would definetly stay again.
