Positive: Very nice and quiet location in a small village above Mendrisio. What a beautiful place they build out of the former Grotto! Elia (and team) do their best so that everybody feels comfortable. We had the view over the hills above Mendrisio and it felt a bit like Toscany. Breakfast is yummie and absolutely enough for a good start into the day.

Negative: There is nothing I did not like. You may need to be aware that the room (at least the one we had) is not super large and you may need to sort yourself a bit. Room itself is top modern and extremly clean.

Summary: Little Gem above Mendrisio in a very quiet little town

Positive: Everything was great. Newly refurbished accommodation. Great host and everything was communicated well in advance. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ticino and looking for an idyllic spot in the mountains.

Positive: The B&B is really a very beautiful place; freshly renovated, extremely friendly staff and very nice breakfast. The rooms are very cozy, and they offer everything you need. Thx a lot to the entire team for making my family and me feeling at home. Definitely a place a will get back when I‘m on my next trip to Ticino.

Positive: The host was ready to welcome us at the parking spot next to the B&B. He was very kind and gave us a tour around the B&B. He also gave us tips on where to eat nearby. The family room was bright, clean and they even provided a chocolate treat for the kids. Bowls for the dog were also provided. A super clean bathroom, a delightful breakfast!
