Positive: Super modern, newly renovated, clean rooms. The bathroom is particularly great. The owner was super friendly and reachable. The bakery downstairs is lovely.
Negative: The rooms are quite small, so they can become stuffy very quickly. Opening the windows isn’t an option, as the road outside is extremely noisy. Sleeping with fresh air was a bit challenging. And not about the facility itself, but the town has very little to offer—it felt abandoned and somewhat out of color.

Positive: The room is small and fresh with a lovely large modern bathroom, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed . It suited us perfectly as we simply needed a place to sleep.
Negative: Beware the metal utility shelf in the shower in Biscotti. It is in a poor position for banging into it on every angle. Ouch'

Positive: Cute bakery theme to the room, which was also brand new, clean and cozy. Great value and very friendly management. We would stay here again.
Negative: The WiFi didn't work once we closed the room door - only worked if you stood in the main hallway. The hotel is not affiliated with the bakery downstairs, which was unclear before arrival, so when we entered the bakery asking where to check-in, it was confusing. Not a big deal, just a bit misleading.
Summary: Great value for staying near Lake Como.
