Negative: Rooms smell like smoke or just old smelling, beds are super uncomfortable. You have no control of the water temp, it goes from hot to cold to scalding hot all on its own in every room I’ve ever stayed at there.

Positive: When I complained about cleanliness, lights not working, tv not working, staff responded well and worked to correct obvious weaknesses.

Negative: So much - cleanliness of carpet, sheets could be softer, a comfortable chair for reading, quieter. towels could be softer and not so obviously old! Even toilet paper could be softer!!

Summary: I wish to enter a room and feel that it has been cared for and is ready to welcome me!

Negative: The breakfast. I ordered pancakes the first morning and they were out of pancakes? So I was given French toast instead and it was not the best.
