Upstairs - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - ensuite to master & main bathroom includes a corner spa , Lounge & Dining area with high ceilings & stained feature glass, Modern spacious kitchen that is fully stocked, dishwasher to pain free clean up, gas heating fireplace, outdoor undercover entertaining deck - perfect for afternoon bevies!
Downstairs (exterior access only) - 5th bedroom which offers teenage/retreat (2x king single bunks), 3rd bathroom which includes washer & dryer.
Due to location the property also has an installed service booster for mobile phone coverage within the home, so rest assured you can still have service for calls/ phone access should you require.
This home is a rural set up & is perfect for families who do not want to be in the heart of town but also only a 10 minute drive, to a Crescent Heads famous beaches & Village centre.
Your 4 legged friends are also welcome to enjoy but strictly outside, there is an enclosed dog yard & kennel, please respect this & if pets are found to be inside penalties will apply.

Summary: Only Telstra reception available. Dog area was filthy and unfit for purpose Snake Aldo found whilst trying to cleanup the area Access road is poor and takes an extra 10 min to navigate , nil to condiments Instructions say not to adjust fridge temp Overnight food and veg frozen One dishwasher tablet only. No washing product for washing machine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location on the riverfront. Kids enjoyed the bunkroom and running around the gardens. Parents enjoyed relaxing on the deck and pulling up to the private jetty after a day of fishing. The property is in need of some minor maintenance but it didn't significantly affect our stay. The road to get there was in pretty bad condition after a lot of rainy weather.
