Summary: Nice property easy to work with

Summary: We traveled to LA for 5 days as a getaway with friends. While the listing looked clean and nice, the reality didn’t live up to the posting. There was mold in the bathroom wall, as the shower door was removed and replaced with a curtain that touches the drywall, all of the outlets in the primary bedroom didn’t work, the house was dirty/dusty, and was missing key needs (hot pads for the oven as one example). No blinds or window treatments in a bedroom (!) and in the living room. While the owner was nice, their poor communication about the status of the house was frustrating. We reached out to the owner about the non-working outlets and she responded 8 hours later. She already knew about the issue as she apparently bought the house in this condition, but hasn’t fixed it, didn’t tell us about it advance, and her solution was to run an extension cord from the bathroom. We later reached out to ask for checkout instructions as these weren’t listed in the app and there was no book in the house, and heard back 14 hours later. The cost of the property didn’t live up to the experience.

Summary: My husband and I were looking for a local “staycation” so that our two year old could play in the pool. The house was spotless, the pool was great. Anna was kind, generous and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time!

Summary: Got policed call on me no reason , owner assumed I was having a party but didn’t come to the property didn’t knock on the door to check . Just assumed and asked me to leave . Waste of time and money

Summary: Anna's house was nice, comfortable and updated. We had a great time there and would definitely rent this property again. My only complaint would be and a small one at that, is no blinds or curtains. Again overall great rental. Thanks Anna.
