Summary: We rented the house for a family member's graduation from West TX A&M. The house was very clean, organized, and well kept. The owner was prompt in replying to the questions/comments we had. Highly recommend if needing a place around the Amarillo/Canyon area.

Summary: The pictures of the house are accurate. It was lovely and had all the items we needed. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house had plenty of space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the property was well kept. The keyless lock on the door made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay at this house again. We had a very nice 4th of July in Canyon and the host provided us a link to see other activities in the area.

Summary: Spacious house close to the canyon. House was clean and comfortable. We did not find a water park in the neighborhood as listed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: We had a lovely time at the house. It was warm and cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the setup with the master on one side of the home and the guest on the other. The yard was great for our pups when we were at home. They had everything we needed in the kitchen too. Bed nad sofa was extremely comfortable. It was close to Palo Duro and a very good honey winery! We truly felt at home and will definitely stay again when in town.

Summary: This was such an awesome place to stay. Steph (the owner) was great at communicating and responding. The property was a new home, very clean and cozy and it made us feel at home. Very quiet neighborhood and close proximity to everything. Myself and my family really enjoyed our time here. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again if available on my next visit.
