This is the lake house you dream of! It is a gorgeous 7 bed / 7 bath lake house in Meredith NH (downtown is 10 minutes away)! It has southwest exposure for all day sun, 103' of prime frontage, spectacular long lake and mountain views, U-shaped permanent dock and sandy perched beach. The house offers an outdoor 6/7 person hot tub with and outside TV. There is a beautiful fire pit by the lake for evening fires and cocktails. There is also an abundance of games, beach toys, kayaks and more to enjoy the lake!
The house offers an open concept main living area with two story stone, wood fireplace and cathedral ceiling that opens to a large deck and screened porch, where you can take in those magnificent views. First floor also includes a master suite with private balcony overlooking the lake. Finished lower level walks out to the lake and includes a family/media room with gas fireplace, kitchenette/wet bar with commercial ice maker, full bath and 2 additional bedrooms. The second floor offers 3 en suites bedrooms and a huge bonus room with 6 queen beds (perfect for the kids) over the attached 3 car garage with its own bath. Also a hoop in the driveway for a family pickup game! It is a very central location to boat anywhere on the lake and easy to get to by car.

Summary: After spending two years without our traditional Thanksgiving family gathering, we were very ready to visit New Hampshire. We all enjoyed enjoyed Lake Winnepausaki and the town of Meredith. The kids, ranging in age from 6 to 11, loved the bunkroom with six queen sized beds, and since they were busy during the days, they slept soundly at night. The parents enjoyed their own bedrooms with en-suite baths located near the bunkroom. My husband and I loved the master bedroom with its great view of the lake. The kitchen was perfect for for our Thanksgiving feast, and the family room was a great size for the kids' annual theater production. We really enjoyed the home and the lake!

Summary: We have stayed in Meredith for 8 years now and this was by far the most beautiful house we have rented. Not only was it large enough to sleep many people but everything was brand new and the host was very responsive. They provided everything from sunscreen to sheets and towels so all you had to do was show up and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this house.
