Summary: Amazing house. The owner is really easy to communicate with. The price of the rental is quite fair for location and what it gets to offer. The house is full of anything you need. Beds were very comfortable and clean, bathrooms fully stocked and functional. Kitchen is equipped and fully stocked with pots, utensils, dishes for all your needs. The location is an absolutely unique you get the beach, Main Street with bunch of little shops and restaurants plus just across the street is big grocery store and CVS all of these within walking distance. If you are looking for a great house fully stocked and in amazing location look no further.

Summary: My wife and I have stayed in rentals from S OC and started migrating up the OC coast...I grew up going to SB and this was the first time back in over 30 years and I have to say, this is the sort of place, as a child, I always wished I could stay in. Parking for 1 car, no big deal, SB is small and Kathleen is very helpful in letting you know where to park. First off, the house is comfortable, hence the Grandmother reference. Lots of counter space, great kitchen, beds and pillow super comfortable, just open the front arcadia door then the slider in the master bedroom, perfect temp. Everything was spotless, bathrooms are very neat and tidy. It's literally a 2min walk to Main street where you can do just about anything. If you need to go to the store, you can literally walk up 12th st and go to Pavillions, if you're not buying too many things. If this place is open, don't hesitate to rent it.

Summary: We love to visit Seal Beach! It's a smaller town (but with lots of fun shops & plenty to do) and the beach is much quieter and more peaceful than the surrounding areas. We love to be able to walk straight out to the beach & this is the perfect location! Thank you!

Summary: Condo was great. Well equipped and very comfortable. Owners were welcoming and helpful. The only complaint was they need to update their beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, it's a great place on the beach.

Summary: We had the best time staying here and would book it again. The rental is a short walk to the pier and main street which leads to good food and shopping. The views are breath taking and the beach is outside the front door. Great place to stay, we loved it.
