This house is spectacular!! Don’t wait! Be one of the limited few guests to be able rent this magnificent waterfront luxury home during summer. Summary: If you are looking for R & R and a peaceful, tranquil vacation- this is the place to be. The deck and view of Potter’s Pond is amazing! Just a beautiful home and property. Only downside was we were not allowed to have family and friends join us for a day at the beach. No guests allowed outside the reservation. Long walk to the beach with small children and beach gear. Parking at Town Beach is $20/day for out of state vehicles. We have no regrets though. It was lovely for our 3 adult children, their spouses and two small children.

Summary: Our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 3 and under) stayed at this property. It’s conveniently located with the beach a walk or short drive away, restaurants that deliver, and so much more. The access to the pond for paddle boarding and boating was great. Our kids enjoyed playing in the yard and playing indoors with the toys this house offered. There was a pack n play, booster chair, baby bath tub and life jackets to name a few convenience items available at the house. My son and husband both loved taking outdoor showers, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was wonderfully clean, tranquil, views were superb and the owners were delightful. I don't often post reviews but this property is deserving of accolades. My family simply loved it.
