5 Bedroom House in Longboat Key

This spacious 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bath in the heart of Longboat Key is ready to accommodate you on your dream Florida vacation. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful Mediterranean style home in a private gated estate newly renovated in mint condition.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and bathrooms and a media room. The first master bedroom suite with a king bed and expansive closet space has a balcony which looks out onto beautiful Sarasota Bay. The oversized master bath has double sinks and a shower. The second master suite with en-suite bathroom has three twin beds and additional trundle bed and looks out onto the Bay with an enclosed balcony. The third guest room has a queen size bed and balcony with view of the private front yard.
In addition, there is a media room with 80" smart television and oversized sofas for your perfect family movie night. There is an private glass enclosed office upstairs as well.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and sweeping bay views and the second with a queen bed. There is a full bath and powder room on the main floor. The first downstairs bedroom opens to the patio with French doors. The second bedroom looks out to the front yard. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining and equipped with a 14 foot waterfall quartzite island, Thermador gas range with 6 burner and built in griddle, 48" GE refrigerator/ freezer, GE double ovens, 2 warming drawers, 2 dishwashers, ice maker and wine refrigerator. Included are top of the line, newly purchased accessories such as a coffee maker, blender, food processor, immersion blender, and juicer (all Cuisinart and Kitchenaid). Plates, cups, cutlery, serving platters/bowls, etc... equipped for 20+ people. Adjoining the kitchen is a sitting area.
There are two living rooms with double-height 20'+ ceiling. The first with seating for 12-14 and a 75" TV. The second with seating for 10-12 with sweeping views of Sarasota Bay. The open floor plan lends itself to hours of spending time together or finding a quiet spot on your own. The dining room seats 12, the kitchen counters seat 10, the patio dining seats 10. The bar is fully equipped and located off the dining room.
Enjoy captivating views of the bay from most of the bedrooms and all of the living spaces including the dining room, kitchen, living room, and family room. The pool deck has ample seating and Weber gas grill piped directly to the house perfect for family and entertaining.
There is a heated swimming pool overlooking the Bay. The home is located on approximately an acre of gated private property. There is cable, SONOS, and wireless internet throughout the home. There are four air conditioning / heating units plus two full-size washers and two full-sized dryers.

Summary: What a fantastic vacation we had at this house! The property and home were very well maintained, spacious, clean, and had everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom supplies, towels, etc. The owners were super responsive to our questions in order to ensure we had a great time. Lots of toys, chairs and coolers for the beach and the pool had tons of space to relax and enjoy a lazy afternoon. We even saw manatees off the back dock! Near everything this part of Florida has to offer, without being in the middle of the big beach crowds. We cannot wait to come back.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. It is spacious and well furnished with comfortable couches and mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, serving dishes etc-you will want for nothing. It is located half way between Anna Maria island and Sarasota so you can avoid the heavy traffic but its' close to many great restaurants and shopping. The pool area and bay view is gorgeous with the beach a few steps away. The owners were responsive and truly cared if you were happy with your stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to all. Summary: Our two families had a wonderful time staying at this house on Longboat Key. There was plenty of space for us to cook in the large kitchen (and new gas grill!), gather to have family meals, and enjoy our evenings on the dock or by the pool. The owners made it super easy on us to check-in/out and the house was in fantastic condition and clean. The beach across the street was really easy to walk to and was a quiet little piece of paradise. Will be back for sure!
