Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the relaxed tranquil evening sunsets with a wine in hand absorbing the view. The home away from home while awaiting our son's wedding at near bye Echidna Gully. This property was a comfortable and pleasant it allowed us to welcome those visiting from afar in travels as we gathered into the community over the week. However after arriving our long journey we were sadden to find a unserviced property. With a quick call we had a delay of a couple of hours. The oven and a number of small unclean areas were attend by us, external area needed a little more maintaining. A few more entertaining items in kitchen for catering would be expected for a returned interest.

Summary: We stayed at Amber Lodge for its convenient location to the university. Being mid-winter, we found the house to have good heating, comfortable beds & it was good to have separate living areas.

Summary: Set on hill with great views over western Armidale. Lots of levels and no upstairs bathroom. Great alfresco area. Open living space with lots of windows, well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend for older but not mobility challenged families.
