Positive: The house was in a great location and we could walk into Oxford in less than 30 minutes. We could park our car on the same road as the house. The host was friendly and approachable, but did not 'crowd' us. The bedrooms were lovely. Great outside space.

Negative: A little info on parking before we got there would have helped, the host helped us as soon as we asked.

Positive: Beds were very comfortable, great location. Overall we had a great stay.

Negative: Fan cover in bathroom was missing however host got this fixed very quickly. Wardrobes were full of hanging bedding had to move around to get some hanging space. No hand towel in kitchen or bathroom

Positive: The home is super cozy, the host is very nice and helpful. It took us 6-7 min drive from the Christ Church College.

Negative: It was a bit cold, but this was more our personal inconvenience as we come from a warmer country

Positive: The house was fabulous! We stayed for 1 night before a family wedding and it was perfect. Nice and clean, beds were comfy, enough seating for the 7 of us and just down the road from a corner shop where you could pick up bits and bobs for breakfast/lunch

Negative: No complaints at all, would defo recommend and stay again!

Positive: It’s a beautiful, cosy, comfortable house. Great having 4 double rooms & 2.5 bathrooms.

Negative: Nothing that we really didn’t like, but you might struggle to cook for 8 adults, as quite small pots and pans. We were fine because we ate out/ made simple things with salads.

Summary: Brilliant location, and a cosy comfortable house with everything you need for a short break.

Positive: Location brilliant for visiting central Oxford and/or students at Oxford Brookes. Walk into town in 20min. Parking on the road outside was easy enough as well. Property was well prepared for us and welcoming when we got there. Electronic key fobs were good (and 4 of them also very useful). Very homely feel with books etc. so it didn't feel like a rental property. Good communication with the host. Without doubt I would stay here again.

Negative: Not really enough ground floor socialising space if all the bedrooms had been full. We only had 4 adults there so had acres of space, but if there were 4 couples this would be a little tight. Had a little trouble getting on the wifi, one of the networks didn't work (but one did)
