Positive: We loved the pool and privacy! The hosts were very engaging when we reached out regarding an issue with the pool temperature. Everything was clean and the culdesac where the house is located was quiet and easy for door dash to locate when we decided to stay in for a day.

Negative: The only issue we had was that we paid the extra surcharge to heat only the hot tub for each day we stayed, however that unfortunately ended up also heating up the pool to the point where it wasn't very enjoyable to swim in the heat. We were able to speak with the host who immediately responded and gave permission and guidance to adjust the temperature so the pool was much cooler for the rest of our stay

Positive: Location was fine. We bought and made our own meals.

Negative: The only thing I could have ask for differently was knowing that the pool and hot tub wasn't heated and to have had the options to pay for that upfront and not two days before I arrived. At that point I already had my budget planned.

Summary: The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice when I meet with him.

Positive: The hot tub/heated pool was amazing. Beautiful home, had plenty of extra towels, dishware,cleaning supplies. Felt like staying at a friend's home. We stayed here with 3 couples for my birthday weekend. Rainbow river is a short trip away and then to come back and relax in the warm pool ?! Perfect 💖

Negative: The 3rd bedroom bed was a little small but we made it work and it was the same as the pictures so that's on us :)

Positive: The property was absolutely gorgeous! Maria did an amazing job decorating and Erwin made us feel right at home! This house is in the perfect location. Close to Homosassa, Inverness and Crystal River. So many fun things to do or just stay and enjoy the pool. We loved all the special touches here and the Rainbow River was absolutely gorgeous

Negative: The bed was really high up off the ground and we could have used a few more towels for the pool but other than that it was Perfection and we cannot wait to come back

Positive: It was very clean, decorations were very cozy and inviting, enclosed lanai, the pool a great size, privacy from the neighbors.

Negative: Wish the hot tub was heated but it was very hot outside so it wasn’t a big deal.
