This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.

Near town and near the airport. The Alcoa highway is under construction but that's life and will be great once completed.

Summary: We came to Knoxville for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and Julie’s place was perfect! It was clean and close to the venue and the perfect place to hang out in between games. The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were better than a hotel because we could cook healthy meals for our athlete and store snacks for the spectators!

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, it had comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Our only regret was not staying one more night! We'd like to make another trip to Knoxville in the future and this is where we'll stay. Thank you, Julie!
