Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home in the most desirable neighborhood of 9th & 9th downtown SLC. All the charm of 1906! Vaulted 10 foot ceilings, new flooring, new appliances, and new master bedroom. Living room has a new comfortable sectional and 55" smart t.v. with 150 channels. New kitchen table can seat up to six. Close to Liberty Park, Trolly Square, University of Utah, and Park City. Easily get to: Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Deer Valley, Park City Mtn. Resort and Canyons Resort. Ski storage at the house. Fully enclosed backyard. Walk down the street to get your natural spring-fed source of drinking water at Artesian Well Park. Primary bedroom is on the top floor with a new King Upholstered Sleigh bed and 50" smart t.v. with 150 channels. Walk out to your own private balcony and have your morning coffee. Main floor has 3 bedrooms. One room has a Queen size bed with Velvet Crushed Grey headboard and frame. Second room has a new Twin Upholstered Trundle bed, a second twin bed pulls out from underneath. Third room has a New Twin bed with down comforter. All beds have down comforters and are covered with Duvet covers that are washed and pressed before every stay. All pillows have zippered pillow protectors that get washed before every stay. Cleanliness and attention to detail is what you will find in this Beautiful Home! Mattresses in all bedrooms are brand new and are covered by the best mattress protectors that get washed between every stay. Special requests- management can have a guest sleep on a full bed in the basement. There is also a Kitchenette and 55 inch smart t.v. in the basement. Basement also makes for a great office space.

Summary: Everything was great. We especially enjoyed the fine dining within easy walking (Pago and Lola) as well as some unique shopping. House was super clean. Able to enjoy wine while watching the big screen tv in the evenings. Outdoor spaces were fun. Nice friendly neighborhood. Superb communication with host.

Summary: Dani even put up a tree and holiday decorations since we were staying over Christmas and New Years! How special! Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and two nice baths meant there was plenty of room for two adult couples (parents and grandparents) and a one year old. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner, including roasting a spatchcocked turkey! There were even things to store leftovers in and more spices than I am used to finding in a short term rental! The neighborhood is great. So much is within walking distance - groceries, restaurants, coffee and ice cream places, shops, Liberty Park with its aviary and playgrounds. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Dani!

Summary: The property manager was very communicative and helpful. The house lives much larger than expected and has plenty of room for 4 adult males to sleep separately and have enough amenities. Location is close to grocery store and many places to eat within walking distance. We walked to Utah’s stadium for the game, walkable but uphill and certainly not for anyone who is out of shape. Very pleased, thanks for an easy stay.

Summary: We loved our stay in Dani’s beautifully remodeled vintage home. Dani was very responsive to our needs and she goes above and beyond to make sure things are as expected. The location was perfect for us. We loved being within walking distance to so many great restaurants in a fantastic neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great. Our favorite part of the house was the coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods ready to go. My only (slight) complaint is the over abundance of air fresheners and scented cleaning products, but I am pretty sensitive to that! The house is beautiful and clean, and we would stay here again. Thanks Dani!

Summary: The host was fantastic. Extremely communicative and helpful. Move in was a breeze. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic in walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Pago, a short walk around the corner, is terrific. Extremely easy access to dining in the city and to highways for airport, Snowbasin, Snowbird/Alta, Park City. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Summary: This is our second year staying in this property and we feel so cared for and it has everything we need. The location is perfect for a downtown event and sits right in the middle of a cute neighborhood for coffee, dinner and shopping!

Summary: Dani was a joy. Little details to note: no shoes in the house. Master is upstairs. Master bath is pretty warm in the summer, but the bedroom additional A/C unit is plenty. It was clean, comfy, and lots of room for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
