Positive: Unlike other reviews I found the accommodation spotlessly clean on arrival and well stocked with washing powder, dishwashing powder etc. Some tea and pod coffee supplied as well as two alcoholic ciders and a small carton of long-life milk. Great location in Brisbane's West End, super close to excellent eateries and a cute village shopping mall with a woolies and a great Harris Farm. Also convenient to the exhibition center. Comfy bed and nice enough furnishings and decor. Didn't really use the lounge area or TV but cooked a few meals and found I had what I needed. I would happily stay again but would have to seriously consider the two points as below.

Negative: The key pick up situation was strange and I actually didn't realise the process until after I had booked. You have to collect it from a convenience store about a ten minute walk away - this was fine when I had a hire care but upon returning I had to get my uber to make a stop there only to find a "back in 10mins" sign on the door. As luck would have it the store clerk turned up a minute or so later but could have been a bit of an issue if they hadn't. Also, the car spot is quite tiny and difficult to get in and out - again not the fault of the accommodation that I was given a large SUV but it was a very tight squeeze!
