Summary: Went to Phoenix area for the Final Four. This place was close to everything and very spacious. Very clean and had everything you could need. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: This was a beautiful property. It is well located, and easy to find on any map app. It is one side of a duplex, in a lovely neighborhood. It is quiet and much bigger than I thought it would be; I would say there is a lot of space for entertaining and I hope to stay here again. The back outdoor sitting area is love,y, and we picked grapefruit off the tree. This property was clean and well stocked with necessities. I did need to ask a question, and the host responded very quickly.

Summary: Good location, well stocked. House needs updated - sometimes less is more. We did experience a miscommunication between the property manager and the owner that resulted in an unexpected visit from the owner. Picking grapefruit off the tree in the back was an added bonus!

Summary: Beds very comfortable, family room has a higher couch and love seat, which is really easy to get in and out. The living room has the shorter ones, so everyone was happy. Geat water pressure in the bathrooms. AND very clean
