Summary: The property was clean, as advertised, and convenient for our purposes. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning on our day of arrival which was the hottest day, but this was not the fault of the host as it was an equipment malfunction. The host was very responsive when we called the next day and opened up an adjoining unit which did have A/ C and with the ceiling fan in our unit we kept cool.

Summary: Nice neighborhood. The soft furnishings could use an update, the blinds need to be replaced (broken strings and header clips) but the studio was very clean and tidy. The biggest negative was the amount of noise from the adjoining unit. We could clearly hear conversations, phone alerts, tv, food prep and consumption. If you rented the studio with the adjoining unit, I think you would be pretty happy!
