Positive: Responsive and helpful host. Spacious flat, well furnished and decorated with taste. In general, very clean. A full bathroom and a secondary toilet - a real plus! Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet and friendly neighbours. Parking places available, even if a little tricky to find one near the apartment when arriving later in the evening.
Negative: The noise of the road was constant over night, despite having shut the double glazing windows. Would have happily scored 9 or even 10 if the metallic double bed had been less shaky and noisy. We'd have preferred two individual quilts instead of a double one. Lack of bedside lamps makes reading uncomfortable in bed in the evening. An induction hob would shorten the cooking time and dramatically reduce the electricity bill for the owner :-)

Positive: Beautiful flat, very clean. Great location, right next to shops and dual carriageway. Plenty of street parking available for free from 3pm onwards.

Positive: The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, lots of space. The beds were soft but not uncomfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had enough towels, etc for our visit. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There are bus stops very close as well as a Coop and Fish & chips with in walking distance.
Negative: The listing stated under food & drink that there was a tea/coffee maker however there was only a water kettle and nothing to actually make coffee with. Could be a few more kitchen items but there is enough for basic cooking.
Summary: Lots of space, clean & conveniently located - would stay here again if ever back in the area
