Summary: everything was great except the beds. they were too hard and uncomfortable. that was the only bad comment from the entire party of 12 who stayed in both sides of the condo. we would stay again in June for a wedding but i just dont think i can take that hard bed. My back is still hurting. Everything else was perfect and we have family in north lubbock so we could use it often but... probably wont. thanks it did work great this time for the funeral

Summary: Overall stay was excellent. Only exception was the house had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Property manager was helpful and dispatched an employee who promptly came and cleaned the house.

Summary: House was nice, spacious, clean, and beds are comfortable. Cable not available, Wi-Fi didn’t not work, so we were unable to access our apps on the TV. Contacted the property manager, but the issue was never resolved. GPS does not pull up the address, which makes it difficult to find especially at night.

Summary: This was a great property! It is brand new but just as Garrett’s instructions said, it’s not loading on GPS yet. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and was an excellent place to come back to after graduation festivities and shenanigans in LBK! Garrett and Shawna checked in daily for anything we needed and very friendly. While we did not need anything during our stay, it was nice to have that checkin should something have come up. Be sure to stop at the grocery store before checking in. The coffee pot is a traditional pot (not a Keurig type).

Summary: This beautiful new home was perfect for our stay to attend our aunt’s funeral in Lubbock. There were 3 adults 60+ and 1 teenager age 17. The beds were high quality mattresses for a good night sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans to cook a meal. All the rooms were great sizes but the master bedroom and bath was huge. Plenty of room to get ready for day. The home is in a new part of the town so construction is taking place of other homes but it didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the internet or watch tv so I’m sure they worked fine. There is a small gravel fenced in yard for your fur babies that worked well for us. Overall I would give this home a 10 and the owners were awesome to worked with if anything came up during your stay. If in Lubbock again, this would be the place we would want to stay.
