Summary: The purpose of our stay was to attend Family Weekend at University of New Hampshire. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and held our family (two parents, a teen and a grandparent) perfectly. Our son slept on the couch, which extends into a not-quite-flat lounger. I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, which was clean, roomy and decently decorated. Our one issue was that we came home late at night to find someone parked in our allotted space. There were no other unnumbered spaces available, so we parked in another numbered space thinking that must be what people do (since that's what someone did to us). Well, we got towed. Fortunately, the property manager was amazing and handled the whole situation beautifully. Found the tow company, drove us to get the car. Just handled everything. Unfortunately, we missed our last morning with our daughter, but it is what it is. So, my advice is to talk with the manager before you arrive about what to do if someone is in your space. Also, location is short drive to Portsmouth center, but not walkable. But super easy if you have a car. Otherwise -- great place for the family. I will definitely book again. Thanks, Jay!

Summary: It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, easy to find, and parking was easy. I would recommend! I asked for an earlier check in and it was granted. That is greatly appreciated as my father's flight was earlier than i expected. Thank you!

Summary: It’s a nice place to stay and very convenient. Unfortunately basically nothing worked. Microwave, all outlets on the back wall. Toilet bowl is busted. There is absolutely no ice and no way to get some, we didn’t have a car In this day and age why not have more access to television Are you that cheap that you can’t afford a bunch of plastic ice trays?
