Summary: Stayed at the house for the UP Pond hockey tournament. Great location and very nice home. We got a bunch of snow and the host was very proactive in ensuring the driveway was plowed. I’d certainly recommend and would love to stay again next year - Scooters Shooters

Summary: My husband and I loved our stay here. The location is a great launching point for other U.P. attractions if you're looking to sightsee, or if you prefer to stay put and relax the home itself has an unbeatable view, is very clean, warm and welcoming, nicely decorated, and has an abundance of cozy places to settle down in. I so thoroughly enjoyed having morning breakfast and coffee on the deck, and evenings reading in the comfortable chairs in the living room gave the refreshment we needed. The home had everything we needed and more, and was an absolute gem of a find.

Summary: Absolutely perfect place to stay. Centrally located to many activities/destinations. Beautiful cabin with outstanding views of the Straights of Mackinaw. Great Lakes ship traffic, view of the Mackinaw bridge, and gorgeous sunsets were amazing! Very quiet location that is easy to get to. Cabin is so adorable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner is very thoughtful in providing amenities that make the stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in that area!

Summary: We decided on the UP for our annual road trip vacation. MaryJo's house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, the views are amazing. Our daughter loved walking over to the lake in the morning and marshmellows were toasted nightly by the fire. Great jumping off spot for exploring the UP.
