This beautiful Oregon inspired home is everything you would want and more. The home is approximately 4500 sq ft includes 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms (4 queen beds and 1 king bed), inground pool, hot tub, theater room with theater seating, luxury showers, beautiful kitchen, wet bar and pool table. The house is situated on 567 acres of rolling farm land with lots of natural wildlife surrounding it. Lots of boat and RV Parking. Only 25 miles to Jamestown Marina and 25 miles to Holmes Bend Marina Resort. Only a 5 minute drive to gas stations and a Dollar General Store. Please no smoking, pets, parties, events or weddings. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Summary: Seven seniors met for a long weekend gathering here. The property was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of space to gather or have alone time. Communication with Kelly was great. We wanted to watch three NFL games while there. Kelly offered to contact the service provider to be sure we had access to all. We are very happy to report that we were to see the three teams we follow and those teams won their respective games. We enjoyed two evenings by the outside fireplace and absolutely perfect weather during our entire stay

Summary: This is the second time that our group of friends has rented this incredible home for a yearly trip to reconnect and relax. Once again, we had a wonderful time. What is really great is that there are so many spaces available for folks to spread out if they wish to do their own thing -- as well as plenty of room when we all want to spend time together as a group. The pool and hot tub were just perfect, very clean and well-maintained. We especially LOVE the movie room. Can't wait to return next year!

Summary: Great house for our Friend-cation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. Nice big open common areas to spread out so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Back deck and fireplace outside was very nice and useful. Might want to bring some of your own more comfortable lawn chairs. The nice looking padded furniture on back deck was hard for us 50+, out of shape, people to get up out of it, a little too low to the ground. Cooked all 5 days/nights we stayed and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The frig is huge so fit all of our food! Theater room awesome, bring DVDs can't hook-up any streaming or games to it. The sound and darkness of the room was fabulous! Game room above garage has bar, poker table, pool table and some games. It was a nice big open area, just keep in mind lots of stairs to climb to get there, again hence 50+, out of shape people. The property is beautiful, quiet, and tranquil. Lots of parking including 4 car garage to keep vehicles out of the weather or more room to play cornhole out of the weather. Over all I would give this property a 4.5 star for price vs value. It looks like they are doing some improvements and when they finish getting TVs in all the bedrooms and improve outdoor lighting it will definitely be a 5 star property for sure. The host was very responsive to a couple questions we had on our stay and also went above and beyond after we left our cast iron pan at the house. She found and got it shipped out to us. Us and all our guests were very happy and would definitely rent again. If you choose to rent this property, you won't be disappointed.

Summary: This place is awesome! The management is spot on and the property is fantastic! It’s well maintained and clean and there is something for everyone. It was a great winter retreat for a group of couples/friends. We will definitely rent again! (My only complaint is that some of the beds are pretty uncomfortable and probably need new mattresses.)

Summary: We stayed with friends for short weekend. Everyone was so impressed with the property. Our stay was in November and we used the outdoor fireplace both nights. We watched the Bond movie in the theater room and really enjoyed everything about it. Awesome house and host!
