A queen sized bed accommodates two comfortably and is close to the hall bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo.
The master bedroom offers the same high-ceiling style as the living room, with a southwestern style wooden king bed and a sliding glass door right out to the back patio. Stream Netflix on the TV or just relax the night away in the jacuzzi tub!
The master bathroom has dual sinks and a toilet room separate from the shower.
With the jacuzzi bathtub that sits adjacent to the shower, you can shower OR bathe, whichever you prefer!

You'll be blown away by the dual fans and seating area, the gated pool* provides safety for your family as you enjoy the jacuzzi/pool combo.
Grill up your favorites on the stainless steel propane grill. You will notice the high back patio wall provides added privacy and the large palm trees give this home's pool area a wonderful oasis feel.
*Heating the pool & spa is optional, and available for your comfort while swimming upon request and requires an additional fee to heat.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~Maximum of 1 pet is allowed
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
