As you enter the private gates of Midelney Place and drive down towards the Manor House, hopefully you will be pleased you decided to come and stay in the grounds of a quintessential English Manor House. Stable Cottage is a newly converted maisonette, over looking the stable yard. With a choice of a large superking bedroom with luxury en suite bathroom including a child's slay bed and pretty 3 single bed room with en suite shower room. Underfloor heating is throughout with silk carpets in the bedrooms, newly fully equipped Neptune kitchen with large range oven, American fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso Machine and Nutri Bullet! Sitting/eating area with large TV. Large soft white towels with shampoo, soaps etc.Beautiful bed linen, mattress toppers and pillows and large white fluffy towels, all provided to make your stay a little bit more special than the average. Once you book the cottage, the dates will be blocked to prevent anyone else booking so that you will have sole use of the property. We welcome animal lovers to Midelney Place as we have horses, dogs and a cat - all of whom are daft and friendly! Summary: Grounds and buildings are simply beautiful. Renovated very tastefully and everything you need. Jenni is a truly lovely person and as a host was just fantastic. She went above and beyond for our stay. We booked accomodation for bridal party for the night before wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni even ensuring we were topped with refreshments while getting ready for the wedding. Our hair dresser, make up artist and photographer were welcome and the area made beautiful photos. Worth every penny. Thank you

Summary: This was a delightful place to stay even in wintery January. The whole process was simple from booking to access. The rooms are set above a stable and we loved that, and there is minimum noise from the horses really. The main house is beautiful and the hosts made you feel very welcome as did the passing staff and people using the stables. All fixtures and fittings high end and tastefully done. Summary: A beautiful place to stay in stunning surroundings. The extra touches and thoughtful extras that Jenni left for us were lovely. Everything was very clean and comfy- we slept amazingly in that bed! Jenni was easy to contact and a great host, thank you so much.
