Summary: The house was very nicely appointed. There were some plumbing issues with the water pressure and the hot and cold water would go off periodically. We had to reset manually from under the kitchen sink.

We wood have liked to see a golf channel in tv. but that is not so important. It is a bit far from "the middle" but since we had the golf cart and a car that was no problem.

The people at DHPM are very helpful and attentive to our questions and any issues that may come up before, during and after our visit to the Villages. As a result of our experience the last two years we have recommended DHPM to a number of our friends and one couple rented a home in 2019 and plans to do so again in 2020. In fact, we have rented another property thru DHPM for April, 2020, as well.

We where without a cart for a total of eight days. Five days at the beginning of our stay and three at the end of the month.
