Positive: Lots of room! Plenty of seating choices, very clean.

Negative: Bar/Kitchen area pretty small, but had all necessary components. A little hard to find the driveway, but not if you follow the hosts directions closely.

Positive: Spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture for numerous people if you had guests over. The pool table was fun.

Negative: Can't control the temperature, no thermostat. 1 out of 4 people that came over were freezing. Also pictures were misleading about the swimming pool. The pool is a city pool and not a private pool.

Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the park, lots of room to yourself. Would be really fun during the pool season I’m sure!

Negative: A little difficult to find, but the owner gave really good directions. Only had a mini fridge and microwave, so limited on cooking options.
