A great getaway awaits at our professionally decorated, new construction luxury townhome in the highly acclaimed Pointe Marie Community. "The Pointe House" at Pointe Marie offers premium accommodations for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom plus dayroom home. Weather you enjoy spending your day enjoying our outdoor patio, the beautiful community pool or watching the sunset from the front porch "The Pointe House" will leave you relaxed. This home boasts premium furnishings throughout with carefully selected finishes to create a coastal ambiance that will leave you feeling right at home. This stunning Pointe Marie home boasts a gourmet gas range, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, as well as a dining table with seating for 4. The living area features 2 comfy sofas with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The first floor features a master suite with king bed and wall mounted flatscreen TV, and a walk in closet that connects to the laundry room. A master bath with walk in shower and double vanities. Also on the first floor is a Dayroom with a wicker daybed, the window in this room has a beautiful view perfect for a quiet day to read a book. There is a half bath across the hallway from this dayroom. On the second floor of this home is two bedrooms each with a wall mount flatscreen TV, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large vanity, double sinks and a tub/shower . "The Pointe House" offers an outdoor patio complete with outdoor furniture a built in professional gas grill, fridge and outdoor sink. This home is great for the one who loves to cook. Summary: Immaculate, spacious, beautiful just like the description said. The pictures does this home no justice, you have to see it. Everything was neat and in order..Will gladly rent again. The neighbors were all friendly. The host Michelle was available if ever anything was needed. The pool was available, didn't get a chance to swim. Garage available, outdoor kitchen available. Check in/out was easy. Thanks again for the stay

Summary: Our family of 7 adults enjoyed three wonderful nights and found the location perfect and the townhome beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. From an iron, to pool towels! Everyone was comfortable in the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms were supplied with plenty of towels and even hair products. All appreciated! The coded door locks made for easy access and we felt secure. The neighborhood was quaint, well maintained and even had a coffee shop within walking distance. Only regret is we found the place for graduation and not earlier! And, we have already recommended to friends! Many thanks!

Summary: Property was exactly as described and very nicely furnished and decorated. Communication was excellent and although we didn’t use the pool, there were two wrist bands provided for its use. Location was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again when in the area. We enjoyed the neighborhood coffee shop too. Great rental!

Summary: Our stay was perfect in this well appointed home. As a larger group the layout was perfect for 2 couples along with my daughter and her college friends. The location was ideal as it’s close enough to the LSU campus yet nice to be a bit remote in a quiet, relaxing area near the casino. The home was just as pictured and has nice touches throughout. We will definitely look to stay again when back in BR.
